Bush Administration Declares War On Credibility

As monumental whoppers go, the claim that the Saudi government was the "target" of a recent, highly publicized, terrorist attack in Saudi Arabia ranks right up there with classics like "the check is in the mail," "of course I'll respect you in the morning" and "read my lips…."

Anyone who has been buying gas for the last half-century, or so, already knows that the Saudis have been conducting economic terrorism against civilized countries for decades. Those with an IQ in excess of 60 are also beginning to tumble to the fact that they are using the money extorted from us at the gas pumps to fund Islamic terrorism. (By way of sidebar, I believe that one of the reasons Bush is trying so hard to discredit the Israelis is that they are holding hard evidence that his Saudi masters are funding Islamic terrorism.) Accordingly, what terrorist group lurking out there on the lunatic fringe is gonna risk its place at the Saudi trough by carrying out a "genuine" attack on Saudi Arabia?

Think about it! A so-called "terrorist attack" that only nets twenty "godless infidels" just doesn't make the grade. Heck, I wouldn't even buy into this scam if they'd bagged a few hundred of their own. Their disdain for their own people is so great that they've had to have American troops stationed in their country for years as protection against them. The whole thing would have been a lot more believable if they'd had to hose a few members of the Saudi royal family off the walls.

What you have to realize is that Saudi Arabia is not so much a "country,' as a "family business." It is far-and-away the most egregiously restirctive absolute-monarchy in the world. If you have a strong stomach, crank up your favorite Internet search engine and find out for yourself what a human rights nightmare Saudi Arabia is. NOTHING goes on there unless the royal family gives the nod.

Get a clue, guys! What better way to throw suspicion off oneself than by pretending to be a victim? I've never been much on conspiracy theories, but I wouldn't be at all surprised if the Bush Administration had engineered this so-called "terrorist attack" in an effort to manipulate public opinion.
